Luis Garg is a developer and builder of low-cost housing and a respected financial author. His self-proclaimed mission is to provide profitable, secure, affordable real estate investments for anyone who seeks them. Born to Basque parents in Mexico City in April of 1945, Luis Garg has a unique background. He pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a PhD in Urban Design. He later became a university professor teaching construction administration and management systems. He was also a single parent raising his child alone—a child that would go on to Harvard Medical School and become a surgeon.

Garg is obviously not a slouch, in addition to his numerous intellectual and financial accomplishments, he was a champion swimmer in the Pan-American games and other competitions. Luis Garg does not have a fear of commitment, nor does he shy away from hard work. Luis Garg founded, and now presides over, RealFund Investment Trust, a company that specializes in the construction of real estate projects. Investors benefit from this business because of more open access to the projects RealFund is involved in and gives them the ability for larger profit margins.

Garg is responsible for the oversight of various Real Estate Development Entities with low-cost housing projects in the United States and Latin America, with a particular appeal towards Hispanics. Garg demonstrates the companies commitment to generate passive, residual, recurrent income and profits for the investors, shareholders, and clients. Those responsibilities allow Luis Garg to showcase his skill at developing and building affordable housing for Hispanics.
